Is there a long-term contract?
We recommend a 3-month minimum because meaningful AI transformation takes time. But we don’t lock you into long contracts. After the initial period, the retainer continues month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
How do you determine the monthly price?
It depends on the scope — how many tools you’re managing, how fast you’re implementing new ones, and how much training your team needs. We’ll discuss it on a discovery call and agree on a fixed monthly fee before you start.
Can I start with a Strategy Session or Roadmap first?
Absolutely — and many clients do exactly that. The Strategy Session or Roadmap gives us deep knowledge of your business, and the retainer keeps the momentum going after the initial engagement.
What if I want help implementing the recommendations?
Many Strategy Session clients upgrade to our AI Implementation Roadmap for hands-on implementation support. We can discuss that option during or after the session — no pressure.
