Before You Reach Out
What happens on the discovery call?
Chad will ask about your business — what you do, how your operations work, where you’re spending the most time, and what you’ve already tried with AI. Then he’ll give you an honest assessment of whether our services make sense for your situation. If they don’t, he’ll tell you that too. The call is 20 minutes, completely free, and there’s no sales pitch.
Do I need to prepare anything before the call?
Nothing formal. Just have a general idea of your biggest business challenges and what you’re hoping AI might help with. If you’ve tried any AI tools already, it’s helpful to mention what you’ve used and what your experience was like.
How quickly can we get started after the call?
Fast. If we agree that a specific service makes sense, we can typically schedule an AI Strategy Session within 1–2 weeks. For Implementation Roadmap projects, kickoff usually happens within 1–2 weeks of signing. We don’t believe in long delays — you need results, not a 6-month waiting list.
Do you work with businesses outside of Georgia?
Yes. We’re based in the Atlanta area, but most of our consulting and implementation work is done virtually. We work with small businesses across the country.

Absolutely. That’s exactly what the discovery call is for. Chad will listen to your situation and recommend the service that fits best. Most clients who are brand new to AI start with the Strategy Session. If you already know what you want to implement, the Implementation Roadmap might be a better fit. Either way, we’ll guide you.
