Implementation Roadmap FAQ
Why is the price range $5,000–$10,000 instead of a fixed price?
Because every business is different. A 5-person service company has different needs than a 30-person retail operation. We scope the project during our initial call and give you a firm price before you commit. No surprises.
Do I need to do a Strategy Session first?
No, but some clients prefer to start there. If you already know you want a full implementation, we can skip straight to the Roadmap. If you did a Strategy Session, the $2,500 is credited toward the Roadmap if you upgrade within 30 days.
How much of my time does this require?
Expect about 4–6 hours of your direct involvement over the 2–4 week project: the intake questionnaire, the deep dive call, the strategy review, and the training sessions. We handle the heavy lifting.
What kinds of AI tools do you typically implement?
It depends on your business, but common implementations include AI-powered phone answering, automated lead follow-up, AI content creation workflows, chatbots, marketing automation, scheduling tools, and CRM integrations. We only recommend off-the-shelf tools — we don’t build custom software.
What if I need ongoing support after the 30 days?
That’s what our Fractional AI Advisor retainer is for. Many Roadmap clients transition to a monthly retainer for ongoing optimization and new tool implementation. But it’s completely optional.
